Free WordPress themes!.

new weekly free WP themesA lot of us can never get enough WordPress themes.

It's not like we get a merit badge for having a couple hundred of them residing on our harddrive, "just in case". That being said, it's not like you can ever really having too many high-quality WordPress themes, either. After all, if you've got them on hand, you won't have to go searching all over the web for the right theme when you need it.

Luckily for you, ThemeShock has put together a great bundle of 33 free, responsive WordPress themes. The best part is that they're releasing a new free theme every week. So you'll never have to wait around for months to get a new theme.

The themes included in the bundle are all free for personal use, but do require a license for commercial use.

They're packed with great features, including a layout creator for creating custom layouts on each page of your site, access to all of the icons on iconshock.com, internationalizations (Spanish, English, French, German, and Portuguese) of all their themes, and more.

ThemeShock's themes include an adaptable design, allowing you to change virtually any design aspect of your theme, including fonts, buttons, colors, menus, boxes, backgrounds, patterns, and more. You can even upload your own designs for even more customization options.

Themes come with four sliders. There's a JS effects slider, a 3D slider, a featured posts slider, and an accordion slider. Photo galleries are also included with each theme, complete with categories, fancy frames, featured photos, and more.

Each theme has a ready-to-use contact form, complete with full validation and captcha verification. There are special templates already designed for portfolios, products, and services pages, making it easy to set up a specialized site.

dexpress

The individual themes included are suitable for a variety of site types. Dexpress is perfect for restaurant sites, nutrition blogs, and the like. Pallets, with its pastel color scheme and organized layout, is perfect for interior design sites and blogs. Travvel is a great theme for promoting products and services, or even for something like a tutorial site.

simplebusiness

SimpleBusiness is a great theme for business, obviously, as is REDRocket, BlackDuct, VexelTables, Bluemint, Pinboard, RetroBusiness, ReadyBusiness, and many others. There are also quite a few themes that are great for portfolio sites, and quite a few retro and vintage-styled themes.

The theme customization options are incredibly easy to use. Once your theme is loaded, you'll get a "Personalize" menu on the site itself. From there, you can change the logo, top bar, colors, divisors, shadows, patterns, and background under the "Global" menu. The "Header" menu lets you change the shine, search box, social icons, and menu. Under "Sliders" you can change the slider type and frame. The "Content" menu gives you personalization options for posts layouts, widget box, blog box, CSS for your boxes, blog comments, icon post, and read more button.

"Layout" gives you a number of layout options to choose from, each pre-defined. Under the "Fonts" menu you can select the fonts for your titles as well as your body text. You can upload your own designs for patterns, logos, divisors, backgrounds, shadows, and menus.

Once you've finished customizing the theme to your liking, you can save it to use, edit, or download later. It makes it really easy to create bespoke themes without having to start from scratch.

The free responsive WP themes bundle from ThemeShock is a great resource for designers, whether you want to use the themes as-is or customize them for your projects. Just remember that the free versions only include a personal license (commercial licenses are just $19/theme, or you can purchase commercial licenses for all their themes for just $39).
